Daniel, is this a structure that Opera would be able to implement as well? It's
not clear to me how much of //chrome y'all use, so I don't really know how best
to make room for you to eventually implement this call into
//chrome/browser/browsing_data.

I did a quick check and it seems this should be fine for us. Thanks for asking.

The risk would be that it slips past without anyone noticing.

As for the usage of //chrome, I think the idea is "preferably not" but with
enough exceptions to make the long answer complicated. :-)
