Update jni_generator documentation removing GYP.

Now that the Android build is migrated to GN, remove documentation instructing
developers to update GYP files for JNI.

very lgtm!

Sadly it seems like there are several places we still refer to the GYP target,
so we can't as easily just remove it. I guess //base is not the right place to
look for the first GYP-targets to remove... But anyway, this should be a step in
the right direction!
