Throw exception if curve is too short for setValueCurveAtTime

If the curve for setValueCurveAtTime is too short (length less than
2), an exception must be thrown.

We have this all over.  I think the exception outputs a period and the
testPassed() outputs one more.  Nothing we can do about that, I think.
