[remoting host] Fix the APT repository setup in the Debian package.

This adds the [arch=] qualifier to the APT sources.list entry for
Chrome Remote Desktop, so that APT no longer reports an error for the
missing 32-bit package. This also corrects a regex used for detecting
the current configuration.

@mmoss: I'm not sure how to properly test that the regex is correct (though I
copied it verbatim from Chrome's build.sh, so it should just work).

Also, we see an error about SHA1 being a weak hash, but that error seems to show
up against the Chrome repo entries as well, so hopefully not related to this CL.

Yes, the sha1 warning is a separate thing, and will go away once we start
signing repos with the new key, but we were just giving it a while to propagate
to users first.
