Disabling consistently failing test - 3d-point-mapping-preserve-3d.html

The test consistently fails on mac_chromium_rel_ng, and is preventing
unrelated CLs from landing via CQ (which is not retrying without patch
because "retries without patch disabled (build config changes detected)").

The test also consistently fails when I tried running it locally, on my
stock Goobuntu machine:
$ cat out/gn_no_asan/args.gn

enne@, could you please take a look?

I see that the test already has some granular failure expectations, but since
the failures are impacting CQ and other developer's productivity (see CL
description), let's disable the test for now on all configs (rather than trying
to be gentle and keeping adding new exceptions every time we find a new config
that this test fails on).

BTW: I see that existing exceptions already cover all 3 desktop platforms
(win/mac/linux), except that they tried to only disable the test on specific OS
versions or debug-only configs.  So - I think disabling the test everywhere is
not harming test coverage much.
