media: Fix gn deps on some media/ targets

Add some needed dependencies that have crept in since checking
is (not yet) enforced. Also remove an #include that is not
needed (and caught by the check).

PTAL. Another attempt at fixing gn check issues.

Had to add //nogncheck for the 2 gpu files as //ui/gfx/x can only be referenced
if use_x11 is defined. However, gn check ignores #if in source files and simply
checks any #include it can find. Both files do cause //ui/gfx/x to be
referenced, if they are added to the component.
