Less ugly image for the download disk.

I patched this in. The green blinking disk that appears when a download is
complete is still ugly, and this new disk is two pixels too high: It sits on the
upper item highlight (at least on os x, and i thought the item is more or less
pixel-identical to windows). Want me to post screenshots on the bug?

Oh, and I would think the background could be ever so slightly transparent, so
that it blends in more nicely with themes. But you're the UI guy ;-)

Ah, I see.

To make this quick and low-risk, I'll shrink the disc a tad and fix
the completed image.
