This cl deletes apparently unused symlinks under third_party and tools. What set
of try bots should I use to test a libyuv cl?

just run 'git cl try' and it'll trigger the libyuv bots. They're pretty quick so
just run all of them unless you're iterating on some error.

Passes the trybots now. For some reason, the android build files depend on
protobuf, so I had to readd it for android configurations.
