Update ChooserBubbleUiController to use FormatOriginForSecurityDisplay

Update ChooserBubbleUiController to use FormatOriginForSecurityDisplay

Since FormatOriginForSecurityDisplay() was added to take url::Origin
as the parameter, ChooserBubbleUiController can use it to display
the origin on the chooser bubble title.
