This is just the libexif include in the list of system libs.

LGTM

Let's figure out the situation on supported Linux distros before committing
this. At least on Ubuntu and Debian, we can depend on the "libexif12" package.
Still need to look at Fedora and OpenSUSE.

Fedora looks like it also has a libexif package, which seems to have a
libexif-devel subpackage? (not sure how this works exactly)
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/libexif/

Opensuse looks like it has libexif12 as of 12.3 version:
http://en.opensuse.org/Archive:Package_list_12.3, and libexif-devel for
compiling.
