[Autofill] Don't record use of a profile after a merge.

Since the use_count and use_date of new profiles were changed to 1 and Now() respectively (were 0 and base::Time), there is no need to record the use of a newly merged profile. The merging logic will have set the usage statistics to the expected values.

Now that the default value of use_count for profiles is 1 (was 0), we don't need
to add one to the use_count of the merged profile. Also since the use_date value
of a new profile is Now() (was default value) it will effectively set the use
