Try running GC twice to fix flaky associatedFormControls-leak-nodes.html

When the test passes documentsBefore=2 and documentsAfter=1
Sometimes this test is faling because documentsBefore=3 and documentsAfter=1

I changed asyncGC to run GCs until there is no more garbage in
https://codereview.chromium.org/1915003002/ but
associatedFormControls-leak-nodes.html is still failing presumably because of a
deeply nested object graph.

The extra document is gone when setting documentsAfter so I am hoping adding a
GC will fix the flakiness.

If this fixes the flakiness we can look into into increasing the gc repeat
count.
