nit: Let's be a bit more explicit that these are just two of many examples,
since I've noticed many people don't know the difference between e.g. and i.e. 
:)

Something like the the comment on IsSynchronousNavigation could work here:

"...by the renderer process.  Examples of renderer-initiated navigations
include:
 * a link click
 * a change to window.location.href
 * <meta http-equiv="refresh"> tag"
