Note that I don't actually know much about telemetry yet, so there's a good
chance I'm just misusing the script.  But I ran "python update_docs" in an
otherwise clean checkout, and this is what I got.

That should be right. We had disabled the script on PRESUBMIT because it
produces subtly different output on different people's machines, which caused a
lot of file churn in code reviews.

Hmm, interesting.  I assume that's a bug that's being tracked somewhere?  Do you
have a link handy?

Thanks for updating this!

For obvious reasons, I'd like to push to fix the bug that enables us to turn it
back on as a PRESUBMIT or else just give up and delete the docs. Perhaps now
that we're requiring python2.7+, the platform differences have magically
disappeared?
