Remove test for cancelling CVC prompt.

Remove test for cancelling CVC prompt.

Due to the new behavior of PaymentRequest error dialog, the test for
cancelling the CVC prompt is failing. Remove the test for now to avoid
bot breakage. Add a corrected version in a follow up patch.
