 third_party/WebKit/Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/common/checkout/scm/__init__.py
 third_party/WebKit/Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/common/net/buildbot/__init__.py
 third_party/WebKit/Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/tool/commands/__init__.py

I checked that all of the imports have been updated by running grepping for
'import steps', and couldn't find any more instances of that substring in
webkitpy.
