Shouldn't this be provideMediaKeysControllerTo() since you are actually
attaching a MediaKeysController to the page? If so it seems like this decl
should be in the MediaKeysController header.

It's also odd that this is in one header and defined in a completely different

I just followed what was done for UserMediaClient/Controller
(https://code.google.com/p/chromium/codesearch#search/&q=provideUserMediaTo&sq...).
Is there a better example to follow?
