docs/updating_clang.md: Clean up list of try bots to trigger.

Remove a few bots that are part of the `git cl try` default set already.
Remove the ios_foo bot which no longer exist ("ios-device" is part of
the default set.)

I kind of like having the "Run an exhaustive set ..." line here (or something
similar) because it explains why we're not just running the regular set of bots.
