author: how did you come up with this list? Our commit-queue doesn't seem to
understand changing this attribute. Is it easy for us to re-create your fix from
scratch (w/o downloading this diff)?

$ find /path/to/skia -name "*.h" -executable | xargs svn propdel svn:executable
