seems like the diff was just because of a merge I did between patch#1 and
patch#2, but I'm not modifying anything here.

In this case though, there are more tests under that folder that are not
supposed to be marked (like polymer/example/canonicalization/test/dev_test)

I haven't tried, but does * work in the middle of a token (not sure how powerful
this file format regexps are), but if so, we could do:
