Only the abi is defined here, and the other three are not necessary for
generation of webview makefiles. This exposes the issue that we have to
explicitly define the other three in gyp_webview (android_toolchain is already
defined there).

This is the same reason as I tried to explicitly define android_ndk_sysroot in
gyp_webview.

Yes. Everything in common.gypi should have a % so that it doesn't overwrite
variables set in GYP_DEFINES.
