In what way are these failing? Are these failing in such a way that the failure
message changes each time? This is not necessarily enough to skip the import, if
it's printing a timeline value as part of the error message (which could vary
every time it runs). Given another of the failures I've seen in the
web-platform-tests/web-animations tests, I think this is likely. We would prefer
to have these as [ Failure ] in TestExpectations against crbug.com/600248
instead.
