Histograms shouldn't be left unowned? Can you find a replacement owner for the
ones you were the sole owner of? e.g. someone you worked with on these.

Otherwise, how about also removing their logging in the same CL? Thanks!

Thanks, Alexei. It's been a while since I'm not working in Chromium and I would
be hesitant about making any code changes in the project.

For now I slimmed the change down to histograms that already have other owners,
ptal!
