I changed this from @executable_path/../../.. because out/Debug/unit_tests, etc.
would not work until I changed it to @loader_path, and I saw @loader_path used a
few other places in Chrome. Not sure what I'm doing here.

I also copied this from chrome.gyp:678 because it seemed like
libplugin_carbon_interpose did this. Again, not sure of the purpose.
