Manually rebase Mac10.9 mixed-directionality-selection.html

Follow-up to http://crrev.com/1919613003. This test is now showing as passing at
ToT on the builder. In our attempt reverted yesterday
http://crrev.com/1908283003 we actually updated existing baseline, whereas here
we simply leave as-is and remove the entry in TestExpectations.
