Any reason not to make this an explicit ctor instead?
(I don't believe you want to support setting a second value after a first is
set, right?)

I thought it was clearer for the subclass to override a setter than using ctor.
I agree with you using a ctor is better. I changed webrtc::NativeHandle, too.
