Manually rebaseline two tests for crbug.com/602483

svg/transforms/animated-path-inside-transformed-html.xhtml:
Rebaselined using waterfall results (pixel rebaseline which was supposed
to happen earlier was masked by the Failure expectation). Ever rebaselined
the text expectation for crbug.com/602483. Rebaseline and mark Failure on
Mac10.9 because of crbug.com/601166.

spv2/svg/custom/object-sizing-no-width-height-change-content-box-size:
Rebaselined.

Removed TODO(wangxianzhu) for examinations after last rebaseline.
