Also - I am not sure if "linux_site_isolation" trybot will include
"webkit_tests" step without introducing a fake/no-op change in product binaries
(https://crbug.com/583119).  I would just land the change as-is - I think we can
be pretty confident that the CL should make the FYI bot green(er).
