Disable WebRtcBrowserTest.CanForwardRemoteStream on 'CFI Linux' buildbot.

The bug is acknowledged by the code owners, they have a large refactoring
in place and would like to come back to the issue when the churn is down.

Hi Dirk,

this is a single test case suppression to fix CFI trybot. See more details on
the linked bug, but essentially there's a bad cast in a DCHECK, which will
likely go away soon, as webrtc and other media code is under an active
refactoring now.
