By the way, I think you are going to run into a problem where this can't be sent
to the GPU try servers because there are no preexisting reference images for the
test. We should discuss this offline because this is going to be a recurring
problem.

I'm not familiar with the webgl tests in general...is there a reason this can't
be done as a blink layout test?
