Remove blimp_unittests from list of tests for "CFI Linux ToT" bot.

Remove blimp_unittests from list of tests for "CFI Linux ToT" bot.

Apparently that project does not have gyp files. We should restore this line
once "CFI Linux ToT" has been migrated to GN.
