Rename unchecked functions to appropriate name.

This CL renames
- uncheckedNextOffset to nextGraphemeBoundaryOf
- uncheckedPreviousOffset to previousGraphemeBoundaryOf
- uncheckedPreviousOffsetForBackwardDeletion to
  previousBackwardDeletionOffsetOf

Any behavior change is not expected with this CL.
