Since this test is not imported, you should fix the test rather than adding an
expectation file with FAIL lines.

Partially done (fixed the label tests). However due to the changes in
TextEncoder.cpp, the assert_throws() now fails for the bad_whitespace tests (see
http://pastebin.com/8bpkygPw). I'm not sure how to address this - please advise.
And again, I can also separate the utf8 and non utf8 tests to create cleaner
output messages.
