I've never used either stack trace tool, nor have I used "cr_cronet.py stack",
so I'll defer to Misha on the review here.  My only point of reference is
tombstones.py (which I have used) which uses scripts/stack, which this change
moves to, so SGTM.

lgtm, I've tried it and it does indeed work better than ndk-stacks.
