Plugin Power Saver: Rebaseline pixel tests.

Some pixel tests broke recently, probably due to a Skia change.

This patch resets the reference image.

tapted: PTAL. This is just a simple rebaseline.

If this doesn't fix the pixel tests we can look into increasing the Manhattan
distance tolerance - or pull the images off the bots to analyze.
