Common implementation of OS::DumpBacktrace() and OS::StackWalk().

Add a common templatized implementation of OS::DumpBacktrace() and OS::StackWalk() to platform-posix.h and use it for Linux, Mac OS X and FreeBSD.

We could put all stack trace related stuff to platform-posix.{cc,h} with some
#ifdef's. There's just Solaris which is totally different here.
