A couple nits:
1) These two tests have the same logic except for the number of timelines. Could
the shared logic go into a separate function that can be reused?
2) Please gives these tests names that make it easier to see the difference
between them. e.g. maybe the first one could be "Push10TimelinesPropertiesTo"
and the second could be "Push1000TimelinesPropertiesTo".
