Run tests on the Win8 Aura bot under swarming.

Assuming this lands and sticks, I'll post a follow-up CL to convert as many of
the other tests that are currently only compile targets to also be run as tests.

This should actually just be the list of binaries we're not yet running tests
for. Looks like there's some duplication that has crept in.

I don't quite know why we would build the binaries if we're not going to run
them? It seems "Win8 Aura" is the only configuration which does this particular
thing...

Because making sure something compiles is better than not building things at
all.

At any rate, ideally we will run the tests as well, I'm just moving in small
steps here.
