As stated on blink-dev, I think this could be put in modules/srcobject, which
would be allowed to depend on modules/mediastream (now) and modules/mediasource
(later). Can you check if it's just a simple renaming?

Moving this to modules/srcobject works fine.
git cl presubmit does not complain.
