do we still have an issue with library names? maybe this should be
stack_trace.src.utils?

Now that this is run on dart2js, you're probably right. I really hate the
pattern of "duplicate the filename in the library name", but I don't want to
punish users of the library with spurious warnings. Done.

Maybe we should just start putting UUIDs in here.
