Copying the following files AS-IS from google.glog r141:

- demangle.cc
- demangle.h
- symbolize.cc
- symbolize.h

The new functionality is a callback mechanism to allow users of
google.glog to provide their own implementation of
OpenObjectFileContainingPcAndGetStartAddress.
