I am not sure why x32 needs this, but there shouldn't be any non-boilerplate
platform #ifdefs in this file.

In this file, 32-bits push/pop is needed but there is no 32-bits push/pop for
X32 in the hardware. We created Push/Pop in the macro assembler as they are not
native instructions. If we have to use the push/pop name for this file, we need
to change push/pop in the assembler to another name, such as pushq/popq.
