[WebView] Remove DEPRECATED_java_in_dir from android_webview test.

Removing DEPRECATED_java_in_dir from the AndroidWebview apk test
targets. Note that this will mean if you want to add a new test file
or a new file to add to the AndroidWebView shell apk you will need
to add the file explicitly to the java_files list.

Two manual things:
* Verify that we didn't accidentally drop any tests. Maybe count the number of
tests executed on the bots before and after?
* Can you send a note to everyone please?

yeah please send a note, since people are still not familiar with gn and that,
they may miss adding a new file.
