Remove unsupported font SVGFreeSans.svg and svg-font-support.html

We have not supported svg fonts for a long time but left this
test and svg font file.

I don't see a strong need to remove this font reference (that we won't use
anyway) - at least not in these "imported" tests.

I share your doubts--no idea what I was thinking.

I've updated this patch to just remove the test and fonts.
