I'm wondering if, instead of having two separate ideas of what it means to
refresh the script view, we should instead have a set of toggles that can be
either on or off and then a single shared refresh button that refreshes
everything that is currently visible.  Having a single notion of refresh seems
simpler for the user.

I was thinking that we could choose an icon to represent profile data being
shown from this set:

https://www.polymer-project.org/0.5/components/core-icons/demo.html

I personally like either "timer", "trending-up", or "timelapse" (or maybe
"visibility" but it is a little generic).

When the feature is disabled, the icon can be a dim gray and when the feature is
active perhaps the icon could be black.

You would need to hunt around for the svg for the icon and build a toggle-button
element or something.
