I'm sorry, I cannot view these diffs in Reitveld. I get "old chunk mismatch" for
all diffs. Can you reupload, or create a new issue?

Hmm, this is 2nd time happened to me yesterday. I confirmed that
the that update had no error (it used to complain about base file when this
happened).
Anyhow, uploaded new patch. Note that panel_window_resizer_unittest.cc does have
the base file even though it has no mark.
