This seems reasonable to me. I think suppressing Clone generation is a good idea
(actually I thought we were already doing this, but I guess not :). LGTM

We only do it for types w/ the Native attribute it seems. There is nothing in
the mojom indicating a typemap is active, which makes sense given that it is a
build-time option.
