Remove V8Collection.{h,cpp}

Remove V8Collection.{h,cpp}

- Removed unused methods.
- Moved nodeCollectionIndexedPropertyEnumerator to V8Binding.h and renamed
it to indexedPropertyEnumerator. This method will be embedded into the
generated code in the next CL.
