Increase Browser Blacklist

Increase Browser Blacklist

Begin blacklisting datamngr.dl, lmrn.dll and hk.dll from the browser
process.

lmnr.dll is causing the most crashes of these three. It looks like it might be
from Perion Network so I'll try and contact them and let them know we are
blacklisting this.

I couldn't find owners for datamngr.dll and hk.dll so I'll just announce them
being blacklisted the normal way (searching around suggests datamngr is an
adware dll and hk is a keystroke logger).

It would be nice (in another CL) if you like to have the right side of each
entry to be a comment with the company name when it is known. 

Like kTroublesomeDlls[]. It help in searches, for example search for Pharos.

I added that now. Sadly most of the dlls are made by unknown people :(
