Check for destroyed WebContents in getUrl

There seem to be crashes in WebContentsAndroid::GetURL probably
caused by a bad native pointer coming from the Java side.

Should we do this for all methods in WebContents?  I wonder why we're accessing
a destroyed WebContents at all.  hmm.

Thanks! From crash stats, it seems that these crashes are specific to WebView.
I'll try get more details on why they are happening. Unfortunately, as this is a
native crash, but not directly caused by a JNI check, there are no Java stacks.
